DIRD College was established in 2002 as the flagship institution of the Delhi Institute of Rural Development to impart education in Law. DIRD College campus in New Delhi bears state-of-the-art infrastructure that creates an environment for progressive learning and development. DIRD has evolved and perfected a unique approach to knowledge delivery for our Law programmes. B.A LLB (Honours) – 5 Years Integrated
Admission in the various programs is based on the merit of the candidate drawn on the basis of the Common Law Admission Test- Under Graduate(CLAT- UG 2020) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. For all programs covered under the CLAT, the University prepares a list of candidates in the order of merit in each category. The results for all the candidates who appeared in Common Law Admission Test- Under Graduate (CLAT- UG 2020) will be displayed on the University’s website (www.ipu.ac.in) on the specified dates for each test. No separate intimation will be sent to the candidates in this regard. The fee structure for various courses shall be as determined by the State Fee Regulatory Committee of Govt. of NCT Delhi and notified by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Common Law Admission Test (CLAT): Must sit in the GGS-IP CLAT exam.
Library
The college has a well-stocked library having nearly twenty four thousand books and regular subscription of fifty international and national journals; magazines and daily newspapers. It caters the needs of the students at undergraduate and law graduate level. Library is fully automated and provided with high speed internet connection with numerous terminals thereby assisting the faculty and students to acquire knowledge through web. The library is modern, computerized, and well stocked with current books and periodicals, management videos, CDs and other learning resources. Students can also use this room for quiet self-study.
Infrastructure and Facilities
DIRD is one of the best colleges in Delhi and NCR matching international standards. It is one of the few colleges in Delhi and NCR which has upgraded its classrooms to facilitate teaching through modern tools and techniques.
