Q.1 What is Charge?

Ans.   Charge includes any head of charge when the charge contains more heads than one.

Q.2     Where is ‘police station’ defined?

Ans.   Section 2 (s) of CrPC

Q.3     Where is ‘foreign court’ defined?

Ans.   Section 2(6) CPC.

Q.4     Who will investigate offences under the Information Technology Act?

Ans.   Police officer not below the rank of Inspector.

Q.5     Within how many days should written statement be filed?

Ans.   30 days.

Q.6     What are the grounds of review?

Ans.   (i) Discovery of new and important matter or evidence which after due diligence was not within the knowledge or could not be produced by him at the time when the decree was passed or order made; or (ii) on account of some mistake or error apparent on the face of record; or (iii) for any other sufficient reason.
