3 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup toasted and chopped almonds
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Add all ingredients to list

Procedure: Combine rice, soy milk, raisins, almonds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and cardamom in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently to prevent scorching, until thickened, 5 to 8 minutes.
