Q. 1. What is Voidable Marriage under Hindu Law?
Ans. A marriage which is valid for all purposes unless the same is annulled by the District Court or any other competent court on the petition filed by the aggrieved party.

Ans. It is a suspension of marital obligation between the spouses of a Hindu Marriage as a result of decree passed by the Court on any of the grounds mentioned in Section 13(1) and 13(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act.
