Never underestimate the human factor. If the other person doesn’t like your face, he’ll do everything to prevent an outcome that benefits you. Be aware of this basic truth. Do your best to ensure that the person likes you, or is favorably disposed to you, as a person. Then you’ll often get more than you’re entitled to – and a pleasant experience into the bargain.
