Are Expensive Advocates Advocating Against Inexpensive Justice?

‘Justice’ is not tied to Senior Advocates, and it is untrue that the cases in which Senior Advocates do not appear are not justly adjudicated. Therefore, the affordability of justice is completely unrelated to the fee charged by the Senior Advocates. For every Senior Advocate who commands truckloads in fee, there are thousands, if not lacs, who can — and would be perfectly willing to – provide effective representation to any litigant for a sliver of the Senior Advocate’s fee for much the same kind of representation. Mostly, in hiring Senior Advocates, it is the satisfaction of the litigant at work.
